I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed. If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us at 📩 info@beekaaboo.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

Do you ship physical gift cards?

Our BEE KAA BOO Gift Cards are digital only — no physical card will be shipped.

Once purchased, the gift card is sent directly to the recipient’s email with your personalized message and the chosen delivery date.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping. A fixed fee of 59 SEK will be deducted from your refund.

However, if the item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@beekaaboo.com with your order number and photos of the issue. After review, we will cover the return cost if applicable.

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, you can return it within 14 days for a refund and then place a new order for the product you prefer. ✨

Can I return or refund a Gift Card?

BEE KAA BOO Gift Cards are digital and non-refundable.

Once purchased and delivered by email, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Gift cards are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and can be used for any product in our online store.
