Where do you ship to?

At the moment, we ship only within Sweden. Orders are usually delivered within 7–14 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product, but orders are usually delivered within 7–14 business days within Sweden. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your delivery. ✨

Shipping within Sweden costs 49 SEK.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the day you receive your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.✨

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need another size or product, please return your order for a refund and place a new one.✨

How do I return an item?
  1. Contact us at info@beekaaboo.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  2. We will provide you with a return label and the correct return address. Please do not send the item back to the address on the original package, as it will not be accepted.
  3. Pack the item securely, preferably in its original packaging, and attach the return label.
  4. Drop off the package at the designated shipping center.
  5. Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Who covers the return shipping cost?

The customer is responsible for the return shipping. A fixed fee of 59 SEK will be deducted from your refund. ✨

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days. The amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear on your account.✨

How do I send a BEE KAA BOO Gift Card as a gift?

Simply tick “I want to send this as a gift”, enter the recipient’s email, name, and a personal message, then select the delivery date.

Your card will be sent automatically on the chosen day — don’t worry, we’ll take care of the rest. 💛

Can I return or get a refund for a gift card?

Please note that gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.

Because they’re digital and can be used immediately, all gift card sales are final.

How long is my gift card valid for?

Your BEE KAA BOO Gift Card is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Be sure to use it before it expires — once expired, the remaining balance will no longer be available.

Can I use my gift card more than once?

Yes! If you don’t spend the full amount in one order, the remaining balance will stay on your card and can be used for future purchases within the 30-day validity period.

Can I combine a gift card with another payment method?

Absolutely. If your order total exceeds the balance on your gift card, you can pay the difference using any of our accepted payment methods (Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, etc.).

What should I do if I didn’t receive my gift card email?

Sometimes the gift card email might land in your spam or promotions folder. If you still don’t see it after a few minutes, please contact us at info@beekaaboo.com and we’ll resend it right away.
