Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within Sweden.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Sweden costs 49 SEK. Enjoy free shipping on orders over 499 SEK.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 7–14 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping, and a fixed fee of 59 SEK will be deducted from your refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
How do I return an item?

Do not send your return to the address on the original package, we will provide the correct return instructions and address. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note your bank or provider may take a few extra days to post the refund.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@beekaaboo.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
The customer is responsible for the return shipping. A fixed fee of 59 SEK will be deducted from your refund.

Gift Card Policy
Please note that BEE KAA BOO Gift Cards are digital and non-refundable.
Once purchased and delivered by email, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Gift cards are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and can be used on any item in our online store.
