Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within Sweden.
What are the different product types?
Our store offers three types of products:
• Ready-to-ship items: Carefully selected products delivered within 7–14 business days
• Handmade items (YARA LAHDO Atelier): Handmade or specially prepared pieces delivered within 1–3 business days
• Made-to-order items (YARA LAHDO Studio): Products featuring original prints by YARA LAHDO, produced on demand and delivered within 5–9 business days
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Sweden costs 49 SEK. Enjoy free shipping on orders over 499 SEK.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the type of product you order:
• Ready-to-ship items: 7–14 business days
• Handmade items (YARA LAHDO Atelier): 1–3 business days
• Made-to-order items (YARA LAHDO Studio): 5–9 business days
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping, and a fixed fee of 59 SEK will be deducted from your refund.
Please note: Made-to-order items (YARA LAHDO Studio) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
How do I return an item?
Please contact us first at info@beekaaboo.com before returning your item.
Do not send your return to the address on the original package, we will provide the correct return instructions and address. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note your bank or provider may take a few extra days to post the refund.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@beekaaboo.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
The customer is responsible for the return shipping. A fixed fee of 59 SEK will be deducted from your refund.

Gift Card Policy
Please note that BEE KAA BOO Gift Cards are digital and non-refundable.
Once purchased and delivered by email, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used on any item in our online store.
